- Implement or develop the use of business intelligence to the benefit of most people in the company

- Review your business needs and define the targets you assign to a business intelligence tool, or outline possible enhancements
- Advise on the project organization, including communication aspects
- Anticipate the change management challenges triggered by the project
- Work on the cubes structures, dimensions, drill down capabilities, in conjunction with response times, security issues and accesses by users
- Review routine procedures for database update, check legacy systems data quality
- Map existing business and EDP processes and related data versus required ones, and suggest changes to obtain adequate processes
- Participate in test scripts writing and in tests with selected super users before going live
